Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences and are not grounds for a return.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by emailing support@elite-london.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation." After 24 hours, your order may have entered processing or dispatch and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers located in the United Kingdom or European Union also have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email within this period. A refund will be issued once the goods are returned in acceptable condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at support@elite-london.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return and cover all associated costs.
