Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and prepare your order for dispatch. All orders are assigned a tracking number upon shipment, which will be sent to your email address. An express delivery option is available at checkout for faster dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your tracking number or order number.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
Please note: All transit times stated above are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances including customs delays, courier capacity issues, or adverse weather conditions. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Elite London is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Elite London. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure of the applicable charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by emailing support@elite-london.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation." After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Elite London is unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@elite-london.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team at support@elite-london.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow the full delivery window to pass before raising a concern, as parcels occasionally experience minor delays during busy periods.
