Returns & Refunds Policy
At Elite London, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our policy below before submitting a return request.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags still attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other marks
- Not a final sale or marked-down item (see exclusions below)
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a clearance event
- Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@elite-london.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions
- Once approved, pack your item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided in your confirmation email
Do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. Elite London is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
- If you received free shipping on your order, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you secure the item before it sells out.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elite-london.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary and there may be a delay on their end
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, email us at support@elite-london.com
Please note: Elite London reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions. Repeated return activity that suggests misuse of our policy may result in returns being declined or an account being flagged.
